Here is a glimpse into our most recent holiday party! This year I decided that most people just want to snack instead of get a big plate with different appetizers- solution was making a huge charcuterie spread.
Since its the holiday I couldn’t use regular craft paper so I found this cute wrapping paper with reindeer! A little tip is to tape the edges down on the side of your island.
My parents have always said that you will not remember the gifts we give, but the memories of family traditions will last us a lifetime. My boys are just now getting old enough to start a few fun family Christmas traditions. One of them being early morning breakfast along with opening stockings. This year I decided to make a classic country club breakfast casserole to enjoy while opening stockings at the table.
With Great Midwest® flavored Cheddar and Jack Cheeses, you can let these Wisconsin-made, artisan cheeses inspire you to think outside the box.

It’s Friday after work at 5 o’clock, you walk through the door with screaming children and your hubby looks at you and says, “Oh btw I invited a few friends over to watch the game and they will be here in an hour!”
Well stress no more because this quick easy feta dip can be prepared in minutes and is a huge crowd pleaser.
Its that time of year to put on your fav booties, vest and snuggle up by the fire with some apple cider. I am always looking for something fun to bring to parties and this year its going to be fall cider! While taste testing I came up with 3 different variations you can try. They are each only two ingredients so they are super easy!
I tend to take all of my favorite snacks and try to make them “skinny” so I can eat as much as I want. This skinny buffalo chicken dip can be eaten with zero guilt in my opinion! Its simple to make and you can fix the night before and put in the oven right before a party.
The Ingredients
1- Can of Chicken-yes-canned chicken its just easier go with it!
1- Package of Reduced Fat Cream Cheese
2- Cups of Reduced Fat Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/4 – Cup of Red Hot Sauce
Options:
Depends if you are a wing and ranch or wing and blue cheese type of gal! Personally I always go with 1/4 a cup of fat free ranch.
Mini bell peppers to dip, but Fritos are a great dipping chip too!
So simple…
Step 1:Pre-heat the oven to 350.
Step 2: Mix all the ingredients together in a oven safe pan. Tip-make sure to wipe down the sides before putting it in the oven so you do not have any burnt areas.
Step 3: Place in the center of the oven once it is preheated and let cook for 20ish mins. If you are a bacon loving family you can add chopped (cooked) bacon to the top the last 2-3 min of cooking! While it is cooking you can cut slice the bell peppers for dipping.
Step 4: Let cool and enjoy!
Yes, that is steam- kids were loaded in the car and I was trying to be blogish and take a picture of the finished product.
Hope you enjoy!!
